Redpath Welcomes Audit Director Tom Niederkorn

St. Paul, Minnesota (October 18, 2021) — Redpath and Company recently hired Tom Niederkorn, CPA, as Audit Director. He brings over 25 years of public accounting expertise working with clients in a variety of industries.

Tom leads the audit practice area on the construction, real estate, and engineering (CRE) industry team, helping clients improve their financial health by assisting with their accounting and financial reporting challenges. In addition to his experience in the CRE industry, Tom has worked with clients in a variety of other industries including automotive dealerships, golf courses, and senior housing cooperatives.

Tom holds a B.S. in Finance from St. Cloud State University and has been a CPA since 1992.

He lives in Apple Valley, Minnesota with his wife Kathy. They have been married for 33 years and have three children.

Tom is the treasurer of the Apple Valley Rotary Scholarship Foundation. He enjoys golfing, hiking, reading, and chasing around the family’s one-year-old dachshund puppy.
